(“Professionals’ Financial”), the investment fund manager of Professionals’ Balanced Fund (the “Balanced Fund”) and Professionals’ American Dividend Fund (the “US Dividend Fund”) announces that following an internal reorganization on November 13 last, it now has under its management the entirety of the assets of the Balanced Fund and of the US Dividend Fund. Prior to the change, the management of certain components of these funds had been entrusted to Professionals’ Financial – Private Management Inc. The individual principally responsible for the investment advisory services provided by Professionals’ Financial to the Balanced Fund and the US Dividend Fund is Mr. Simon Blanchard.
