As Vice-President, Culture and Human Capital, Céline Sage is responsible for developing human resources strategies and practices for fdp. With a strategic and pragmatic approach, she ensures compliance with the best human resources management programs and processes in order to support fdp in its development and offer employees a stimulating work environment while taking into account business considerations.
A seasoned professional in human resources management, with nearly 25 years of experience in the field, Céline Sage has held high-level positions in various organizations, including with MIP Inc., Société de transport de Montréal (STM), WSP and Bombardier Aerospace.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke (B.A.A.), Ms. Sage holds the IAS.A. designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec (CRHA).
