Me Baril sits on the boards of directors of Professionals’ Financial and of Professionals’ Financial – Mutual Funds.
Me Baril is a notary specializing in business law who has had her own office in Quebec City since 1997. In addition to serving as a mediator in civil and commercial law, she holds the title of notary – identity verification agent for Quebec’s Ministère de la Justice and for the Register of personal and movable real rights (RDPRM).
Me Baril is also certified to act for government public key infrastructure (GPKI) as well as for the Centre de certification du Québec (CCQ) and her expertise, combined with her communication skills, make her a much-sought-after speaker.
Holder of a specialized graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) in notarial law from Université Laval (Quebec City), Me Baril also held the position of lecturer in business law at the Faculty of Law of her alma mater from 2006 to 2012. She has served as vice-chair of the pension committee of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2014 and of the Corporation des services des notaires du Québec since 2023.
