Alternate Chair, Association québécoise des pharmaciens propriétaires (AQPP)
Ms. Geneviève Charbonneau sits on the board of both Professionals’ Financial and Professionals’ Financial – Mutual Funds.
An owner-pharmacist since 2004 in the Laurentians region, Geneviève Charbonneau has served as a director on the AQPP board of directors since March 2020 and was elected to the position of alternate chair in December 2024. She also sits on the board of directors of the Fondation Autisme Laurentides, where she actively contributes to improving services for people living with autism and their families.
Ms. Charbonneau demonstrates innovative leadership in managing her pharmacies. She distinguished herself within her banner by receiving the Opération Enfant Soleil award for her commitment to sick children. She was also honoured with the Prix ECO for her proactive approach to sustainable development and her pioneering role in eco-responsible community pharmacy practices. In addition, she supports the Laurentian pharmacy services organization by representing the interests of owner-pharmacists on the region’s Comité territorial sur les services pharmaceutiques.
Geneviève Charbonneau holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the Université de Montréal (2003). Her exemplary career and numerous distinctions testify to her commitment to excellence and innovation in community pharmacy.
