Léa Saadé’s responsibilities include professional coaching as well as mobilization of the team of wealth management advisors and assistants of Professionals’ Financial – Private Management who serve the island of Montreal and the North Shore.
Her experience as a manager with various large Canadian financial institutions enabled her to acquire extensive knowledge about coaching financial planning and savings teams. With her knowledge and expertise, she is a regular contributor to informative and journalistic content.
Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (B.A.A.) in finance and entrepreneurship from McGill University (2005), Léa Saadé earned a dual executive MBA from Université Paris-Dauphine and UQAM (2017). She holds the Financial Planner designation from the Institut de planification financière (IPF) (2008) as well as all of the CIRO securities certifications. She is also Fellow of CSI (FCSI®), which is the most senior credential in Canadian financial services.
She is a member of the Ordre professionnel des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.)
She sits on the Board Development Committee of FP Canada and on the IPF board of directors as Vice-President since 2024.
She regularly volunteers with organizations that she cares deeply about and has earned many distinctions, including the Coup de Cœur award from the Association des femmes en Finance du Québec (AFFQ).
