As Chief Compliance Officer, Martin Kadoury leads the team responsible for the development and implementation of projects to ensure conformity with the compliance governance framework, policies and programs across all fdp business units. He oversees the maintenance and application of the firm’s data confidentiality policy. He helps put in place initiatives enabling the firm to exploit opportunities for sound integrated risk management.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting and finance from HEC Montréal (B.A.A.), Martin Kadoury has extensive experience in compliance. He has held various strategic positions in major organizations such as National Bank Financial, CIRO, the international investment bank Crédit Agricole and 3Macs.
