Ms. Piette is as a Business Consultant and Corporate Director. She has over 30 years of experience in compliance, ethics and auditing for the Canadian financial market especially in Quebec. Among her achievements, she was Chief Compliance in various National Bank subsidiaries. Since 2010, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Bar, as a public representative appointed by the Office des professions du Québec. A member of the Independent Review Committee (IRC) since 2015, Ms. Piette became its Chairperson in 2019. She does not serve on any other IRC.
