As Vice-President, Private Management, Sylvie Marois’ mandate includes expanding fdp Private Management’s service offering and developing an expansion strategy for the firm.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and an MBA in Finance (UQAM), Ms. Marois has distinguished herself throughout her career in advisory services for both individuals and businesses.
During her first 20 years with a well-known financial institution, she demonstrated remarkable leadership in team management and business development, improving the performance of the sectors under her responsibility. Her ability to mobilize teams created synergy between multidisciplinary groups, with a view to offering exceptional customer support. Her exemplary career path led her to hold a number of high-level positions.
In 2020, Ms. Marois continued her career with another big Canadian bank, where she held key strategic positions, including Regional Vice-President for the Montreal region.
Sylvie Marois also devotes her time to several roles on the boards of community and cultural organizations.
